We purchased Huppatz Real Estate from Barry Huppatz in November 2006, Huppatz real estate was an established business of over 20 years and had three staff including the owner and director Barry Huppatz. The business was well established and was well know by the people of Portland and surrounds and had 2 parts of it's business which was managing rental properties and selling properties.
The business has changed a lot since we purchased the company. When the company was purchased, the company was know by the people of Portland and area, but was the smallest of the real estate companies in Portland. Based at 125B Percy Street, Portland, Victoria, this location is a great hub for our business and also owning a property that is located behind has been a great assett for our business as we grow and become a larger company.
Owning a real estate company has been great for us and is very challenging, however it is rewarding also. We had a 150% increase in our sales department. http://portlandseaview.com.au/
